Welcome back. In this video, we're looking at the immunization tab in my, UHS online portal. Not sure how to log in and access your portal. Start with our first video. Getting started in my UHS. The immunization page can be accessed from the homepage in your my UHS portal. In this tab, you can input medical records for all immunizations required for Princeton University students. To start. Take a look at this link. It takes you to a comprehensive list of required and recommended immunizations. On the UHS website. You can click on any unlisted immunization. Expand for more detailed information about what it is and why it's required. Back in the immunization tab in the portal, you can see immunization group statuses. These terms will define the status of your immunization records. For your immunization record to be in compliance, the status should read verified. When you select an immunization, a menu of options will drop down. You can select the specific immunization or dosage that you are reporting. Let's use a first dose of hepatitis B as a sample. You have selected the immunization and its dosage. Enter the date that you received that dose and select Submit. Then an upload reminder will populate. It may take a second to look. Once you have submitted a record, it cannot be edited by you. Any edits must be made or the UHS staff member verifying your records. If you need to make a change, you can always e-mail my UHS at Princeton.edu. Remember, all immunizations require supporting documentation. Any immunizations that are reported that do not include an upload of support and documentation can not be verified. Our next video, we'll review the upload process, so please continue to the next video, uploading documentation to your my UHS online portal.
