The session will explore the challenges and opportunities in making online video participatory and collaborative.

We will address questions like: 

   * How to create an architecture of participation for video creation
   * Different levels of participation in collaborative online media
   * Best practices for creating collaborative documentaries
   * Video remix culture - licensing challenges
   * How can the community be mobilized to support creation of rich media content?
   * What type of video content would best enhance Wikipedia articles

The session will also include a discussion to collect feedback from the community about best practices for wiki-video content, an invitation to help define the video extension for MediaWiki software, and a call for developers to join the open-source project.
