OTRS is the platform used by volunteers to answer emails sent to the Wikimedia Foundation. Dozens of volunteers daily answer queries, complaints, permissions and comment emails received from the public in a variety of languages. This workshop is aimed at discussing both general points about how to improve its functioning, and specific points and issues raised by the audience.

This workshop is aimed at discussing both general points about how to improve its functioning, and specific points and issues raised by the audience. The workshop will be open to everyone interested and is not meant to be restricted to OTRS agents.
