Angela Beesley and Jimmy Wales

Angela Beesley, chair of the Wikimedia Foundation Advisory Board, and co-founder of Wikia talked about how the wiki model has been extended beyond the encyclopedia, and gave an overview of what other types of wiki are working, and which are not. Covering Wikimedia, Wikia, and other wiki projects, Angela discussed specifically issues around Health, Gaming, Comics, Recipes, and Social networking. Jimmy Wales then gave an overview of Wikia Search.
